CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

You enter the carpark at your own risk.

You are required to deposit your vehicle keys with us if we ask you to. We have the right to move or remove your vehicle at our discretion (including moving the vehicle outside this carpark).

We are not liable to you or any person with you for ;

• Death or injury to you or anyone else,
• Loss, damage to, or theft of your vehicle or its contents, however caused,

You agree to release and indemnify us from any claim you may have against us, and any expense incurred by us as a consequence of, in relation to, or in any way arising out of the use of the carpark.

We take no responsibility for any mechanical malfunction of your vehicle.

If these conditions are not accepted, proceed directly and without delay to the exit where you may leave the carpark without charge.
